摘要
研究生教育水平质量的高低对"双一流"建设具有很大影响,预防兽医学科研究生课程的科学设置和教学资源的优化配置要具有创新能力的时代意义。自2002年以来,国内外几乎每1-2年发生一起新发或再发重大国际关注的突发公共卫生事件,更凸显预防兽医学领域人才快出的重要性,以适应和对接知识经济时代的需求和国家经济建设发展的需要,研究生教育的深度改革已是势在必行。吉林大学动物医学学院自2009年起针对预防兽医学学科的特点,以"3P课程设置理念",即专业基础课程设置(professional basic courses installation)、进展性内容课程设置(progressive courses design)、前瞻性内容课程设置(prospective courses construction)和"3S课程传授方式",即研讨式授课(seminar)、案例式授课(case analysis)、系统式授课(systematic lectures)的为指导思想,对预防兽医学专业的研究生生课程教育进行了深度改革,通过十年实践和检验收到良好效果,研究生的分析问题和解决问题能力有明显提升。
The quality of postgraduate education has a great influence on the construction of a"double first class"university.Since 2002,there has been a new or recurring major animal epidemic at home and abroad almost every 1-2 years,such as COMD-19,HPAI(H5N1,H7N9),SARS,MERS,Ebola,etc,which are public health emergencies of international concern,and highlight the importance of rapidtraining of preventing veterinarians.In order to meet the needs of the era of knowledge economy and national economic construction,the in-depth reform of postgraduate education is imperative.According to the characteristics of the preventive veterinary discipline,the College of Veterinary Medicine of Jilin University has adopted the“concept of 3P curriculum”[professional basic courses installation,progressive courses design,prospective courses construction]and the"3S course delivery models of teaching"(the models of seminar,case analysis,systematic lectures),and has performed profound reform of the postgraduate education for preventive veterinary medicine.After ten years of practicing and testing,the teaching reform program has achieved quite good effect,significantly promoting the postgraduate students’abilitiesto analyze and solve problems in academic studies.
