Progress in the understanding of angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma

血管免疫母细胞性T细胞淋巴瘤(angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma,AITL)是外周T细胞淋巴瘤(peripheral T-cell lymphoma,PTCL)的一种少见分型,具有独特的临床病理和生物学特征,约占所有T细胞和NK细胞淋巴瘤的18.5%,占非霍奇金淋巴瘤的2%。AITL在欧洲更常见,占PTCL和NKTCL患者的28.7%,在亚洲的发病率为18%,且呈逐年上升趋势。

Angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma is a rare subtype of peripheral T-cell lymphoma in clinical which has unique clinical pathologic and biological characteristics.The pathogenesis of the disease is more complicated and the prognosis is poor.There is no unified treatment regimen.In recent years,as the deeper understanding of molecular biology,genetics and immunology,we have already had new knowledge of its origin,pathogenesis,and treatment,so this article will make a review.
