摘要 在高等教育日趋国际化的背景下,如何借鉴世界一流大学的办学经验,探究教育改革的有效途径,推进"双一流"建设,是我国高等教育需要深入研究和思考的重要命题。新加坡南洋理工大学在顶层设计思路、专业建设策略、优秀师资打造、课程创新发展等方面,为我国高等教育加强内涵建设提供了经验。我国的高等教育实现内涵式发展需要加强顶层设计,推进专业建设,优化人才引进和评价标准,实施课堂革命。 In the context of the higher-education internationalization,how to learn from the experience of worldclass universities,explore the effective ways of education reform,and promote the construction of"double first-class"project is an important topic that needs the in-depth research and thinking in China’s education sector.Nanyang Technological University in Singapore provides reference experiences for strengthening the connotative construction of higher education in China in terms of the top-level design ideas,the professional construction strategies,cultivating excellent teachers,curriculum innovation and development.In order to realize the connotative development of higher education in China,we need to strengthen the top-level design,promote the professional construction,optimize the talent introduction and evaluation standards,and implement the classroom revolution.
