In the context of the higher-education internationalization,how to learn from the experience of worldclass universities,explore the effective ways of education reform,and promote the construction of"double first-class"project is an important topic that needs the in-depth research and thinking in China’s education sector.Nanyang Technological University in Singapore provides reference experiences for strengthening the connotative construction of higher education in China in terms of the top-level design ideas,the professional construction strategies,cultivating excellent teachers,curriculum innovation and development.In order to realize the connotative development of higher education in China,we need to strengthen the top-level design,promote the professional construction,optimize the talent introduction and evaluation standards,and implement the classroom revolution.
