摘要
目前地方高校科研创新团队建设中存在着结构不科学、目标不集中、管理机制不够完善以及激励措施不够健全等问题。地方高校科研创新团队建设应以学术为导向确定共同发展目标,完善管理机制和激励措施,实现可持续发展。
At present,there are some problems in the construction of scientific research and innovation teams in local universities,such as unscientific structure,lack of centralized objectives,imperfect management mechanism and inadequate incentive measures.In the construction of scientific research and innovation teams in local universities we should take scholarship as the guidance to determine common goals for development,and improve management mechanism and incentive measures so as to achieve sustainable development.
