新中国成立以来我国教育质量观的演变逻辑与价值旨趣——基于教育政策的审思 被引量:6

摘要 教育质量观是人们对教育质量的看法和认识。教育政策与方针作为反映教育质量观的重要载体,一定程度上体现了教育质量观的动态发展特点。新中国成立以来,我国教育政策与方针的演变标志着我国教育质量观的追求指向:从上层建筑、生产力到以人为本;从偏重知识、注重能力到综合发展;从单一化到多元化等。教育质量观在历史发展过程中,忽视了教育自身的价值与意义,偏离了教育的本真。教育质量观的应然价值旨趣在于:关注教育本体,回到教育事情本身;尊重人性、回归"人";追求德性,实现幸福。 The concept on educational quality refers to people’s views and cognition of the educational quality.Educational policy and guideline,as an important carrier of the concept on the educational quality,reflects the dynamic characteristics of the concept on quality of education to a certain extent. Since the founding of PRC,the evolution of educational policies and guidelines has marked the pursuit of the concept on quality of education in China:from the superstructure and productivity to the people-oriented,from the knowledge-oriented and ability-oriented to the comprehensive development,and from simplification to pluralism. The concept on educational quality ignored the value and significance of education itself,deviating from education’s authenticity during the historic development. The value purport that the concept on educational quality should pursue includes the following aspects:paying attention to the ontology of education and returning to the education itself;respecting humanity and returning to"people";pursuing virtue and achieving happiness.
