On the Attribute of Teacher Power

教师权力是一种指引学生健康成长的重要影响力。教师权力具有向善性、公共性、专业性和互惠性。向善性决定了教师权力不能伤害学生;公共性决定了教师权力不能以权谋私;专业性决定了教师权力不能弃置不用;互惠性决定了教师权力不能有所偏颇。教师权力是教育生活合理有序进行的重要保障,不仅能够体现教师职业的独特价值和教师专业人员的生命意义和存在价值,促进学生身心健康的顺利成长,还能够推动教育事业和社会持续不断地向前发展。

Teacher power,which is an important influence guiding students’ healthy growth,is towards kindness,publicness,professionalism and reciprocity. Kindness determines that teacher power can not harm students;publicness determines that teacher power can not abuse power for personal gains;professionalism determines that teacher power can not discard it;and reciprocity determines that teacher power can not be biased. Teacher power is the important guarantee of the reasonable and orderly operation of educational life,not only embodying the special value of teachers’ profession and the life meaning and value of existence of professional teachers and promoting students’ smooth growth physically and psychologically,but also advancing the continuous development of educational cause and society.
