摘要分娩是整个妊娠过程中最关键的时期。2020年,中华医学会妇产科分会产科学组联合中华围产医学分会编写了《正常分娩指南》,给出了关于正常分娩新的证据。中国妇幼保健协会助产士分会和促进自然分娩专业委员会组织专家在调查、研究、分析我国正常分娩临床实践的基础上,结合《正常分娩指南》中提出的关于正常分娩新的证据,编写了《正常分娩临床实践指南》,以指导不同医疗机构助产人员在正常分娩临床实践中的规范化操作。
