无症状COVID-19引起的家庭聚集性感染

Familial clustering infection caused by asymptomatic COVID-19

目的分析内蒙古自治区包头市土右旗确诊的7例COVID-19患者的病例特点,为包头市疫情特点分析提供具体资料。方法从患者流行病学调查、临床表现、血常规、肺CT、诊断分型、治疗方法、潜伏期、核酸转阴时间、住院时间等方面系统分析病例特点。结果 7例患者来自于2个家庭,由1例来自武汉的无症状感染者直接或间接传播,呈现出典型家庭聚集性。结论无症状感染者的存在加速了病毒传播,是此次疫情迅速蔓延的原因之一。部分密切接触者不易被感染,其原因有待进一步研究。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of seven cases of COVID-19 diagnosed in Tu You Qi,Baotou,Inner Mongolia,so as to provide specific data for the analysis of the epidemic characteristics of Baotou city.Methods The characteristics of patients were systematically analyzed from the aspects of epidemiological investigation,clinical manifestations,blood routine,lung CT,classification,treatment methods,incubation period,time of nucleic acid turning negative,length of stay in hospital and so on.Results Seven patients from two families were directly or indirectly transmitted by an asymptomatic patient from Wuhan,showing typical family aggregation.Conclusions The presence of asymptomatic infection accelerates the spread of the virus,which is one of the reasons for the rapid spread of the epidemic.Some close contacts are not easy to be infected,and the reasons need further study.
