Suppression and countermeasures of overseas technological mergers and acquisitions to China*s technological catch-up

中资企业开展海外技术并购是获得先进技术、参与国际化竞争、嵌入全球价值链的重要渠道,这一活动具备很强的理论基础来支持其合理性。但不可否认,因发达国家限制性策略、中资企业自身吸收能力、国家创新体系中资源错配等因素,海外技术并购一定程度上对我国技术赶超形成了抑制效应,有必要对这一问题进行深入剖析,提出应对方案。

Overseas technology acquisition is an important channel for Chinese enterprises to acquire advanced technology,participate in international competition and be embedded in global value chains,which has strong theoretical basis to support its rationality.However,it is undeniable that overseas technology mergers and acquisitions have to a certain extent formed a restraining effect on China’s technological catch-up due to the factors such as developed countries*technology blockade,Chinese enterprises'own absorptive capacity,and the misallocation of resources in the national innovation system.
