自发突变雄性不育小鼠模型研究进展

摘要 导致动物雄性不育的因素很多,很大一部分是由于基因突变引起的。自发突变小鼠是研究人类遗传疾病等基础医学研究的重要动物模型,是发现新基因及其功能有价值的研究工具。自发突变小鼠经常可在容纳大型小鼠群的动物园或者研究结构中作为随机遗传事件被检测到。这些自发突变小鼠的表型有很多,其中一些可引起雄性不育。我们将携带雄性不育表型的自发突变小鼠类型进行了总结,为研究雄性不育提供有参考价值的动物模型。 Male infertility in animals are caused by many factors and mostly by genetic mutations. Spontaneously mutated mice have long been used as important animal models for basic medical researches on human genetic diseases and as valuable research tools for discovering new genes and their functions. Spontaneously mutated mice are often detected as random genetic events in zoos or research institutions that house large groups of mice, and they carry various phenotypes, some of which can cause male sterility. This review summarizes the types of spontaneously mutated mice carrying male infertility-related phenotypes to provide an animal model for the study of male infertility.
