城乡空间协调发展与融合——基于胶东地区的研究

Coordinated Development and Integration of Urban-rural Social Spaces:A Study of Jiaodong Region

当前中国的城乡发展不平衡问题仍然存在,极大地制约着城乡融合发展。从社会空间角度来说,城乡发展不平衡是城乡空间结构失调和资源要素配置不合理的结果,是城乡社会空间结构不平等的一种表现。本文运用社会空间分析新视角,主张合理的城乡空间结构布局有助于城乡协调发展;有序的城乡空间要素流动有助于城乡协调发展;平等的城乡居民空间权利有助于城乡协调发展。基于对胶东地区的经验分析发现,胶东城乡发展具有自己的时空特征和优势,具有相对协调发展的趋势,但在城乡空间融合上也存在一些问题。城乡空间要素均衡协调需要改变过去城乡二元分割局面,改善城乡空间结构关系和功能,促进城乡居民空间权利的均等化,实现城乡一元发展和空间融合。

At present the imbalance of urban and rural development in China still exists,which greatly restricts the development of urban-rural integration.From the perspective of social space,the imbalance of urban and rural development is the result of the imbalance of urban and rural spatial structure,as well as the unreasonable allocation of resources.It is also a manifestation of the inequality of urban and rural social spatial structure.This article argues,based on the perspective of social space,that a reasonable distribute structure of urban-rural space is conducive to the coordinated development of urban and rural areas;orderly flow of urban-rural spatial elements is conducive to the coordinated development of urban and rural areas;equal urban-rural residents’spatial rights are conducive to the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.Through the empirical analysis of Jiaodong region,it is found that the urban and rural developments of Jiaodong has its own space-time characteristics and advantages,with a relatively coordinated development trend,but there are also some issues in the integration of urban-rural spaces.The balance and coordination of urban-rural spatial elements need to pay attention to changing the problem of urban-rural dual division,improving the relationship and function of urban-rural spatial structure,promoting the equalization of urban-rural residents’spatial rights,and achieving urban-rural unitary development and spatial integration.
