治疗2型糖尿病的在研新药——葡萄糖激酶激动剂HMS5552 被引量：4

Novel drug for type 2 diabetes——glucokinase agonist HMS5552

摘要 葡萄糖激酶(GK)可感知葡萄糖的浓度,并促进胰岛β细胞释放胰岛素,从而达到降糖效果。HMS5552是一种GK激动剂,主要用于2型糖尿病(T2DM)的治疗。HMS5552通过激活肝脏和胰脏中的GK达到降糖控糖的目的。目前,HMS5552处于Ⅲ期临床阶段,有希望成为全球首创的新型糖尿病治疗药物。本文以HMS5552为关键词进行文献检索,并对其药理作用、药代动力学、临床研究、安全性和药物联用等方面的研究进展进行综述。
