血浆置换对自身免疫性疾病的效果及其对抑郁情绪的影响

The effect of plasma exchange in patients with neurological autoimmune diseases and its influence on depression

目的探讨血浆置换疗法对神经内科的自身免疫性疾病的效果及其对抑郁的影响。方法将2014年1月~2017年1月在本院治疗的自身免疫性疾病患者80例按照治疗方式分为采取血浆置换治疗的研究组(n=40)和采取注射免疫球蛋白治疗的对照组(n=40),比较两组患者治疗前后的神经功能及焦虑、抑郁症状的改善状况。结果治疗完成后2w时,研究组神经功能缺陷评分优于对照组患者(P<0.05);研究组各项生化指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论注射免疫性球蛋白疗法及血浆置换疗法均为治疗自身免疫性疾病患者的有效方法,而血浆置换疗法疗效更为显著,对患者抑郁情绪的改善更为明显。

Objective To study the clinical effect of plasma exchange in patients with neurological autoimmune diseases and its influence on depression.Methods Eighty patients with autoimmune diseases treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were selected.The patients were treated by plasma exchange as study group(n=40),and treated by injection of immunoglobulin as the control group(n=40).The neurological function,the anxiety,depressive and the therapeutic effects were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the neurological deficit scores,the biochemical indexes,the SAS scores and the SDS scores in study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total efficacy of study group were better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Injecting immunoglobulin therapy and plasma exchange are effective methods for the treatment of patients with autoimmune diseases,and plasma exchange therapy is more effective to improve the neurological function and depression of patients.
