宫颈癌同步放化疗患者的抑郁状况及其影响因素

Depression and its influencing factors in patients with cervical cancer undergoing concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy

目的分析接受同步放化疗的宫颈癌患者抑郁状况及其影响因素。方法选取2012年1月~2017年12月期间我院同步放化疗的宫颈癌患者150例,回顾性分析其相关资料,采用社会支持量表、家庭关怀指数问卷、贝克抑郁自评量表、一般情况调查表对所有患者进行评估,并通过便利抽样方法进行问卷调查,分析患者抑郁状况和影响因素。结果本组150例患者抑郁得分(20.8±9.2)分,检出抑郁105例,检出率70.0%。患者社会支持总分(36.9±5.7)分,家庭关怀指数总分(7.8±1.9)分,二者与抑郁得分呈负相关(P<0.05)。患者抑郁影响因素包括健康教育指导次数、治疗方式、年龄、诊断分级、家庭月收入、社会支持、家庭关怀。结论接受同步放化疗的宫颈癌患者出现抑郁较为常见,且与多种影响因素有关,因此需采取有效措施加以干预。

Objective To analyze the depression and its influencing factors in patients with cervical cancer during concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods From January 2012 to December 2017,150 patients with cervical cancer during radiotherapy and chemotherapy were selected,their relevant data were analyzed retrospectively.All patients were assessed with social support scale,family care index questionnaire,Becker depression selfassessment scale and general situation questionnaire.The depression and its influencing factors in these patients were analyzed.Results The depression score of 150 patients in this group was 20.8±9.2,105 patients were found with depression,the detection rate was 70.0%.The total scores of social support(36.9±5.7)and family care index(7.8±1.9)were negatively correlated with depression(P<0.05).The influencing factors of depression include the number of health education,treatment,age,diagnosis and grading,monthly family income,social support,family care,etc.Conclusion There are very common to be with depression in cervical cancer patients during radiotherapy and chemotherapy,which is related to a variety of influencing factors.Therefore,effective measures should be taken to protect the psychological health and treatment effect of patients.
