摘要
采用SIS橡胶与不同改性剂复配方案制备了4种SIS热熔压敏胶,分别考察了改性剂对SIS热熔压敏胶的软化点、针入度、流变性能、黏度、剥离强度、水泥砂浆粘结剥离强度、低温柔度及持粘性等性能的影响。结果表明,选用适宜的改性剂可不同程度地改善SIS热熔压敏胶的上述性能,采用改性剂A和改性增黏树脂进行复合改性的效果最佳。
Four types of SIS hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive are prepared by compounding different modifiers with SIS rubber.The article studies the influence of modifiers on various performances of SIS hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive,such as softening point,penetration,rheological property,viscosity,peeling strength,bonding strength with cement mortar,flexibility at low temperature and persistent adhesivity etc.Results show proper modifier can improve the performances of SIS hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive mentioned above to varying degrees,and the compound modification with modifier A and modified tackifying resin can get the optimal effect.
