摘要
制备了一种缓凝快硬特种功能防水砂浆,探讨了主材体系、缓凝剂、纤维素醚、可再分散乳胶粉选型及添加量对防水砂浆凝胶时间、抗压强度、抗折强度、拉伸粘结强度等性能的影响。结果表明,当体系主材普通硅酸盐水泥∶高铝水泥∶二水石膏=40∶8.5∶1.5(质量比)、柠檬酸添加量为0.09%、甲基纤维素添加量在3‰、憎水型胶粉添加量在4%以上时,制得的缓凝快硬特种功能防水砂浆综合性能较好。
A kind of retarding quick-hardening waterproofing mortar with special function is prepared.This article discusses the influences of material selection and adding volume of main material system,retarder,cellulose ether,re-dispersible latex powder on the gelation time,compressive strength,bending strength,tensile bonding strength etc.of waterproofing mortar.Results show when main material ordinary Portland cement:high-alumina cement:dihydrate gypsum=40:8.5:1.5(mass ratio),and the adding volumes of citric acid,methyl cellulose and hydrophobic rubber powder are 0.09%,3‰and 4%respectively,the obtained mortar has better overall performance.
