摘要
为便于某型直升机机库在动员民船上快速加装,对其采用集装箱拼装结构。针对恶劣海况下机库的整体稳定性和安全性问题,研究采用绑扎的方式对其进行加强。分析组成机库的单个集装箱、机库侧壁等组件在非绑扎和绑扎状态下的受力与变形情况;输入恶劣海况下的极端工况数据进行计算,结果显示,机库部件受力和变形会对机库的安全性造成不利影响,应对其进行绑扎加强。对绑扎后的机库进行整体稳定性和抗侧力计算,结果显示,机库整体和侧壁的受力可完全被绑扎杆拉力抵消,对机库进行绑扎加强能提高其安全性。
A helicopter hangar adopts assembled structures based on containers for quick installation activity on board.Aiming at the problem of overall stability and safety of hangar under severe sea conditions,the paper studies how to reinforce the hangar by lashing.It analyzes the force and deformation condition of the hangar components under non-lashing and lashing states.The data of extreme working states under severe sea conditions is input for calculation.The results show that the force and the deformation of hangar components can cause adverse effects on hangar safety,and it is necessary to reinforce the hangar.It is to calculate the overall stability and resistant lateral force of the hangar after lashing reinforcement.The results show that the forces on the whole hangar and the side wall can be completely offset by the tension of the lashing rod,and the lashing reinforcement can improve the safety of the hangar.
