摘要
城市道路的首要功能是满足人们日常出行需求和交通安全,其次在强降雨期间承担着雨水径流的排放通道功能。随着城市化快速发展和极端降雨事件频率增加,导致城市道路积水内涝风险逐渐加剧,本次系统总结了城市积水内涝的成因,建立了以流速与水深乘积、淹没宽度作为约束条件的城市道路大排水通道设计计算方法,并结合实际案例分析了道路作为大排水通道的可行性,以期为城市排水防涝中大排水系统的构建提供技术支撑。
The primary function of urban road is to meet people’s daily travel needs and traffic safety. Moreover, it undertakes the function of rainwater runoff discharge channel during the period of extreme precipitation event. With the rapid development of urbanization and the increased frequency of extreme precipitation event, the risk of urban road flooding has increased gradually. In this paper, the cause of urban flooding was systematically summarized, the calculation method with the product of water velocity and depth and the inundation width as constraints of urban road major drainage system was established, and the feasibility of road as a major drainage system with practical cases was analyzed. This study could provide technical support for the construction of large drainage system in urban drainage and flood prevention.
