摘要
以北京地铁16号线起点~北安河站区间交叉渡线段工程为依托,提出一种大断面地铁隧道拆撑及二衬结构简化施工方法,在拆除临时支撑过程中保留一部分临时支撑的骨架结构,以维持一定的承载能力,并将临时支撑与二衬施工时搭设的满堂脚手架支撑体系结合取代常规倒换撑体系,保证了拆撑及二衬施工中初衬结构体系的稳定,提高了施工效率,降低作业危险性和施工成本。
Based on the crossing tunnel project of Beijing metro Line 16 between the start pointing and Beianhe station,this paper proposes a simplified construction method for removing support and second lining structure of large section subway tunnel,this method is in the process of demolition of the temporary support,keep part of the skeleton structure of temporary support,make the temporary support to maintain a certain carrying capacity,the temporary support and scaffolding support system will be combined to form an overall support system,replace the routine use of the replacement support system,ensure the stability of primary lining structure system in the process of dismantling support and second lining construction,improve the construction efficiency,reduce operating risk and cost.
