摘要
此次试验旨在优化槐花精油的提取工艺。采用微波辅助有机溶剂法提取槐花精油,用槐花粉作为原材料,用无水乙醇作萃取剂,把液料比、萃取功率、萃取时间作为考察因素进行单因素试验,以试验结果为依据通过响应面法对槐花精油提取工艺进行优化。结果表明:响应面得到的模型为极显著,各提取工艺条件和槐花精油提取率的关系可通过得出的方程表现出来。提取槐花精油最优的工艺条件为:液料比10︰1(mL/g)、萃取功率525 W、微波处理时间4.3 min。得到的槐花提取率与预测值(0.626%)接近,为0.631%。此次试验为以后提取槐花精油提供了一定的理论依据。
The purpose of this experiment was to optimize the extraction process of the essential oil of Sophora japonica.The microwave assisted organic solvent method was used to extract essential oil of Sophora japonica.Sophora japonica powder was used as raw material,and anhydrous ethanol was used as extraction agent.The ratio of raw material to solvent,extraction power and extraction time were taken as investigation factors for single-factor experiment.The results showed that the response surface model was extremely significant,and the relationship between the extraction conditions and the extraction rate of Sophora japonica essential oil could be expressed by the equation obtained.The optimal process conditions were liquid-material ratio 10︰1(mL/g),extraction power 525 W,and microwave treatment time 4.3 min.The extraction rate of Sophora japonica was close to the predicted value(0.626%),which was 0.631%.It provided a theoretical basis for the progress of essential oil extraction technology of Sophora japonica.
