摘要
中国餐饮业发展至今其规模突破4万亿元,餐饮业在国民经济发展中的重要性愈发凸显,但餐饮企业融资困境未得到有效化解。随着餐饮供应链金融的不断实践探索,新型供应链金融模式有效发挥融资功能,解决了餐饮企业的融资难题。同时,餐饮供应链金融中存在着共性融资风险(信用与经营)、食品安全风险及数据风险,不利于融资功能有效发挥。从行业层面和融资层面提出应对供应链融资风险的措施,以提高餐饮企业融资效率,推动行业健康发展。
The scale of catering industry in China has exceeded 4 trillion yuan so far.The importance of catering industry in the development of national economy has become increasingly prominent,but the financing difficulties of catering enterprises have not been effectively solved.With the continuous practice and exploration of catering supply chain finance,the new supply chain financial model has played an effective role in financing,and solved the financing problems of catering enterprises.At the same time,there are common financing risks(credit and operation),food safety risks and data risks in catering supply chain finance,which are not conducive to the effective play of financing functions.Measures to deal with the financing risks of supply chain from the industry level and financing level were put forward in order to improve the financing efficiency of catering enterprises and promote the healthy development of the industry.
