药品调剂科高危药品的管理与用药安全研究

Study on the Management and Safety of High Risk Drugs in Drug Dispensing Department

目的分析医院药品调剂科高危药品的管理方法以及安全用药措施。方法将2017年6月前未应用高危药物管理法的用药案例150例作为常规组,将2017年6月后应用高危药物管理法的用药案例150例作为实验组,对比两组高危药品用药案例管理前后错用情况与不良反应发生率。结果在应用高危药品管理法后,实验组用药不合理率与用药出错率分别为8.0%、6.0%,明显低于常规组用药不合理率为52.0%,用药出错率为64.0%,实验组不良事件发生率为12.7%,明显低于常规组56.0%,实验组患者满意度为92.3%,明显高于常规组76.7%,P <0.05,具有统计学意义。结论在管理医院药品调剂科高危药品过程中,采取规范、合理的管理措施,不仅能够提高患者用药安全性,还能够有效较低不良反应发生率,具有应用价值。

Objective To analyze the management methods and safety measures of high-risk drugs in the drug dispensing Department of the hospital.Methods 150 cases without high-risk drug management method before June 2017 were taken as the routine group,and 150 cases with high-risk drug management method after June 2017 were taken as the experimental group.Results After the application of high-risk drug management method,the irrational rate and error rate of drug use in the experimental group were 8.0% and 6.0%,respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the conventional group,52.0%,64.0%,12.7%,56.0%,92.3%,76.7%,P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion In the management of high-risk drugs in the drug dispensing Department of the hospital,standardized and reasonable management measures can not only improve the safety of drug use,but also effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which has application value.
