摘要
目的研究综合护理干预对动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血(aSAH)后认知功能障碍的影响。方法选取82例从2016年1月至2018年12月我院收治的aSAH后认知功能障碍的患者作为研究对象,以随机抽选的原则将其等分成综合组及参照组。参照组予以常规护理干预,综合组则于参照组的基础上予以综合护理干预。分别比较干预前后两组认知功能、自我效能、生活质量变化情况。结果干预后综合组MMSE、FCI评分高于参照组,而DRS评分低于参照组(均P <0.05)。干预后综合组及参照组的自我效能评分低于干预前,且综合组低于参照组(均P <0.05)。干预后综合组各项生活质量评分高于参照组(均P <0.05)。结论综合护理干预可显著改善a SAH后认知功能障碍患者的认知功能,提高自我效能,且有利于改善生活质量,推广应用价值较高。
Objective To study and analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on cognitive dysfunction after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage(aSAH).Methods 82 patients with postcognitive impairment of aSAH admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the comprehensive group and the reference group according to the principle of random selection.The reference group was given routine nursing intervention,and the comprehensive group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the reference group.The changes of cognitive function,self-efficacy and quality of life before and after intervention were compared.Results After intervention,MMSE and FCI scores in the comprehensive group were higher than those in the reference group,while DRS scores were lower than those in the reference group(all P <0.05).The self-efficacy scores of the comprehensive group and the reference group after intervention were lower than those before intervention,and the comprehensive group was lower than the reference group(all P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of life quality in the comprehensive group were higher than those in the reference group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the cognitive function of patients with post-asah cognitive impairment,improve the ability of self-efficacy,and is conducive to improving the quality of life.The application value is high.
