门诊西药房不合理用药处方的调查及结果分析

Investigation and Result Analysis of Unreasonable Prescription in Outpatient Western Pharmacy

目的探讨门诊西药房不合理用药处方的调查及结果分析。方法选取我院2017年2月至2018年4月门诊西药房1546张处方,筛选出不合理处方,进行分析。结果 1546张处方中,1056张为抗菌药物处方,占总数的68.31%,非抗菌药物处方490例,占总数的31.69%,587张存在用药不合理现象,占总数的37.97%,其中抗菌药物处方为401张,占不合理处方的68.31%,非抗菌药物处方为186张,占不合理处方总数的31.69%,说明抗菌药物不合理使用问题较为严重;其他不合理用药处方中,用药次数不合理2.39%、重复用药2.04%、规格选择不合理1.87%为主要因素。结论对门诊西药房处方进行合理调查,分析产生因素,可促进合理用药,提升药师业务水平。

Objective To explore the investigation and result analysis of unreasonable drug prescription in outpatient western pharmacy.Methods From February 2017 to April 2018,1546 prescriptions in the outpatient western pharmacy of our hospital were selected,and unreasonable prescriptions were screened out for analysis.Results Of the 1546 prescriptions,1056 pieces of antibacterial drug prescriptions,accounting for 68.31% of the total,the antimicrobial prescription in 490 cases,accounting for 31.69% of the total,587 are drug use unreasonable phenomenon,37.97% of the total,including antimicrobial prescription for 401,accounting for 68.31% of the unreasonable prescription,not antimicrobial prescription for 186,31.69% of the total number of unreasonable prescriptions,shows that the unreasonable use of antimicrobial drugs more severe;Among the prescriptions of other unreasonable drugs,unreasonable number of drugs used 2.39%,repeated drugs 2.04% and unreasonable specification selection 1.87% were the main factors.Conclusion Reasonable investigation and analysis of the factors of prescription in outpatient dispensaries can promote rational drug use and enhance pharmacists’ professional level.
