微创种植牙技术治疗下颌磨牙区牙列缺失的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Minimally Invasive Implant Technique in the Treatment of Dentition Loss in Mandibular Molar Area

目的探讨微创种植牙技术治疗下颌磨牙区牙列缺失的效果。方法纳入2012年5月至2018年8月60例下颌磨牙区牙列缺失患者,随机分组。常规种植牙技术组选择传统手术,微创种植牙技术组选择微创种植牙技术。分析患者修复疼痛水平、手术所需的平均时间;治疗前后患者生活质量SF-36健康量表分值、修复的美观度、咀嚼功能;种植体牙槽骨吸收量。结果微创种植牙技术组生活质量SF-36健康量表分值、修复的美观度、咀嚼功能、患者修复疼痛水平、手术所需的平均时间、种植体牙槽骨吸收量和常规种植牙技术组比较有优势,P<0.05。结论下颌磨牙区牙列缺失患者实施微创种植牙技术可获得较好效果,可有效减轻患者修复痛苦,缩短治疗时间,改善健康水平和咀嚼功能,减少种植体牙槽骨吸收量。

Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive dental implantation in the treatment of edentulous mandibular molar region.Methods 60 patients with edentulous mandibular molar region from May 2012 to August 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.Conventional dental implant technology group chose traditional surgery,and minimally invasive dental implant technology group chose minimally invasive dental implant technology.The level of pain and the average time needed for operation were analyzed.The scores of SF-36 health scale,the aesthetics of restoration and masticatory function of patients before and after treatment were evaluated.The alveolar bone resorption of implants was also analyzed.Results The scores of SF-36 health scale,aesthetics of restoration,masticatory function,pain level of patients,average time of operation,alveolar bone resorption of implants and co nventional dental implant technique group had advantages,P<0.05.Conclusion Minimally invasive dental implant technology can achieve better results in patients with edentulous mandibular molar region.It can effectively alleviate the pain of restoration,shorten the treatment time,improve the health level and masticatory function,and reduce the alveolar bone absorption of implants.
