消化性溃疡出血实施胃镜治疗与内科治疗的疗效研究

Study on the Efficacy of Gastroscopic and Medical Treatment for Peptic Ulcer Hemorrhage

目的探讨消化性溃疡出血实施胃镜治疗与内科治疗的疗效。方法选择我院100例2017年4月至2018年2月消化性溃疡出血患者。随机分组,内科药物组采取内科药物治疗,胃镜治疗与内科治疗联合组则采取内科药物+胃镜治疗。比较两组消化性溃疡出血疗效;消化性溃疡出血停止的时间、RUT试验转阴时间、消化性溃疡痊愈时间;治疗前后患者生活质量;不良反应。结果胃镜治疗与内科治疗联合组消化性溃疡出血疗效、消化性溃疡出血停止的时间、RUT试验转阴时间、消化性溃疡痊愈时间、生活质量相比较内科药物组更好,P<0.05。胃镜治疗与内科治疗联合组和内科药物组不良反应相似,P>0.05。结论内科药物+胃镜治疗消化性溃疡出血效果好。

Objective To investigate the effect of gastroscopy and internal medicine on peptic ulcer hemorrhage.Methods 100 patients with peptic ulcer bleeding in our hospital from April 2017 to February 2018 were selected.Randomly divided into two groups,the medical drug group was treated with medicine,and the gastroscopy combined with medicine group was treated with medicine and gastroscopy.The curative effect of peptic ulcer bleeding,the time when peptic ulcer bleeding stopped,the time when RUT test turned negative,the time of peptic ulcer healing,the quality of life of patients before and after treatment,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the medical treatment group,the gastroscopic treatment group had better effect on peptic ulcer bleeding,the time of peptic ulcer bleeding stopping,the time of RUT test turning negative,the time of peptic ulcer healing and the quality of life,P<0.05.The adverse reactions of gastroscopic therapy were similar to those of combined treatment group and medication group(P>0.05).Conclu sion Internal medicine plus gastroscopy is effective in the treatment of peptic ulcer hemorrhage.
