急性肾损伤患者实施连续性血液净化治疗的临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Continuous Blood Purification in Patients with Acute Kidney Injury

目的针对存在急性肾损伤患者采取连续性血液净化治疗措施,分析其临床效果。方法本研究选择2017年1年1月至2018年12月作为研究阶段,取这个阶段我院接受的急性肾损伤患者共88例,这些患者均接受临床检查确诊存在肾损伤的情况将这些患者按照治疗方法平均分为对照组和研究组,对照组治疗方式为常规血液透析治疗,研究组治疗方法为连续性血液净化治疗,在治疗过程中对两组患者均实施同样的生命体征检测和护理措施,将两组治疗效果、各项生化指标、治疗过程中存在的并发症作为观察指标展开比较。结果进行数据分析,(1)对照组治疗效率为81.82%,研究组治疗效率为95.45%,研究组治疗效率高于对照组;(2)接受治疗后,对照组p H值、尿素氮、血肌酐分别为(7.31±0.08)、(27.42±2.81)mmol/L、(268.10±20.24)μmol/L,研究组p H值、尿素氮、血肌酐分别为7.41±0.05)、(19.52±6.11)mmol/L、(165.23±10.74)μmol/L,研究组在以上各项生化指标方面优于对照组;(3)对照组接受治疗过程中出现的并发症占比为27.27%,研究组接受治疗时存在的并发症占比9.09%,研究组治疗并发症发生数量少于对照组。以上各项观察指标对比,P<0.05。结论对急性肾损伤患者进行治疗时选取连续性血液净化治疗,其有助于患者机体肾功能的恢复,且在治疗过程中具有较高的安全性,不会影响到患者的生活质量,临床应用价值极高,可进行推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of continuous blood purification for patients with acute kidney injury.Methods This study choose 1 January 2017 to December 2018 as the research phase,take our acceptable at this stage,a total of 88 patients with acute kidney injury,these patients were examined for clinical diagnosis of renal injury situation will average method according to the treatment of these patients were divided into control group and research group,control group routine treatment for blood dialysis treatment,treatment group for continuous blood purification treatment,in the process of treatment on two groups of patients were also the vital signs of detection and nursing measures,the two groups of treatment effect,the biochemical indexes,treatment complications that occurred in the process of comparison as observation index.Results(1)The treatment efficiency of the control group was81.82%,the treatment efficiency of the study group was 95.45%,and the treatment efficiency of the study group was higher than that of the control group.(2)After treatment,the pH value,urea nitrogen,blood creatinine in the control group were(7.31±0.08),(27.42±2.81)mmol/L,(268.10±20.24)mol/L,and the pH value,urea nitrogen,blood creatinine were(7.41±0.05),(19.52±6.11)mmol/L,(165.23±10.74)mol/L,respectively.(3)The number of complications in the treatment of the control group was 27.27%,the number of complications in the treatment of the study group was 9.09%,and the number of complications in the treatment of the study group was less than that in the control group.Comparison of the above observation indexes showed that P<0.05.Conclusion Continuous blood purification therapy is selected for the treatment of patients with acute kidney injury,which is helpful for the recovery of renal function of patients and has high safety in the treatment process,and will not affect the quality of life of patients.It has high clinical application value and can be popularized.
