某地区苗族中青年上前牙牙冠颜色的研究

Evalution of Anterior Teeth Color in Miaozu Young and Middle-Aged People in A Area

目的研究贵州兴义地区苗族中青年恒前牙牙冠不同部位的颜色差别。方法在统一标准(D70标准光源)下应用数码相机、计算机和相关软件,采用CIE-1976-L*a*b*色度系统对来我院体检的168名苗族自愿者的1008颗上颌恒前牙牙冠不同部位的颜色进行测量。结果兴义地区苗族中青年上颌中切牙颈、中、切的L值分别为(70.75±5.33)、(75.25±6.60)、(68.28±6.48),侧切牙颈、中、切的L值分别为(64.56±5.50)、(68.34±7.26)、(62.21±7.32),尖牙颈、中、切的L值分别为(60.03±1.07)、(60.24±8.02)、(52.32±8.56)。结论兴义地区苗族中青年恒上前牙牙色明度值从中切牙向尖牙逐渐降低,彩度逐渐增大;同一牙位不同部位色度值也不相同,其中中1/3的明度值最大、彩度值最小;颈1/3的明度值和彩度值均高于切1/3。

Objective To study the color distribution of natural anterior teeth crowns of Miaozu young and middle-aged people in Xingyi.Methods The study consisted of 168 Miaozu people aged from 22 to 45 years and bom in Xingyi Guizhou Province.A total of 1008 healthy anterior teeth were measured with a fiber-optical spectrophotometery system.Results The L values of cervical,middle and incisal parts of upper center incisors were(70.75±5.33),(75.25±6.60)and(68.28±6.48),respectively.Those of the upper lateral incisors were(64.56±5.50),(68.34±7.26)and(62.21±7.32),(64.56±5.50),(68.34±7.26),(62.21±7.32).Those for the upper canines were(60.03±1.07),(60.24±8.02)and(52.32±8.56),respectively.Conclusion Among upper anterior teeth of Miaozu young and middle-aged people in Guizhou,the L values decreased from upper central incisor to cuspid teeth,but the a and b values increased.The colors in different areas of teeth were variable.In middle 1/3,the L values were the highest,but the a and b values were lower;the L,a and b values in cervical 1/3 were higher than tho se in incisal 1/3.
