摘要
目的探讨抚触不同开始时间对新生儿体格发育、智能发育及神经发育的影响。方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2019年11月于我院出生的新生儿1000例的临床资料,经医学伦理委员会批准,根据抚触不同开始时间将其分为3组,对照组(未抚触,300例)、观察A组(出生第2天开始抚触、350例)与观察B组(满月时开始抚触,350例)。比较三组体格发育、智力发育(mental development index,MDI)、运动发育(psychomotive Development Index,PDI)及Cesell发育诊断量表评分。结果出生3个月时,观察A组头围增长、身高增长、体质量增长优于对照组、观察B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出生3个月时,三组MDI及PDI评分均较出生时升高,且观察A组优于对照组、观察B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出生3个月时,三组神经发育总评分均较出生时升高,且观察A组优于对照组、观察B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施早期抚触干预可有效促进新生儿体格生长,有助于神经及智能发育。
Objective To investigate the effect of different start time of touching on physical development,intellectual development and nervous development of newborns.Methods The clinical data of 1,000 newborns who were born in the hospital from January 2019 to November 2019 were retrospectively analyzed and approved by the Medical Ethics Committee.They were divided into control group(non-touching,300 cases),observation A group(touching on the 2 d day afterbirth,350 cases)and observation B group(touching on the 30 d after birth,350 cases)according to the different start times of touching.The physical development,intellectual development[mental development index(MDI)],motor development[psychomotive development index(PDI)]and Cesell developmental schedule were compared among the three groups.Results After birth for 3 months,the increase of head circumference,height and body mass in observation A group was better than that in control group and observation B group(P<0.05);After birth for 3 months,the MDI and PDI scores of three groups were higher than those on birth,and observation A group was better than control group and observation B group(P<0.05);After birth for 3 months,the scores of nervous development in three groups were higher than those on birth,and observation A group was better than control group and observation B group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early touching intervention can promote physical,intellectual and nervous development of newborns.
