自拟方通络清脑汤治疗急性脑梗死的临床价值研究

Study on Clinical Value of Self-made Fang Tongluo Qingnao Decoction in Treating Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的研究分析自拟方通络清脑汤应用于急性脑梗死患者治疗中你的临床价值。方法集合2017年6月至2019年2月,我院收治的急性脑梗死病患124例纳入研究中,所患者已确诊为急性脑梗死且属自愿加入,依照随机分组原则实施分组,分组使用随机数字表,均分两组,传统西药组及通络清脑汤组,传统西药组62例病患实施常规西药治疗方案,通络清脑组62例患者则在常规西药方案基础之上加服我院自拟方通络清脑汤进行治疗,对比此两组患者临床治疗效果、神经功能缺损评分、不良反应发生情况。结果使用我院自拟方通络清脑汤进行治疗的通络清脑汤组62例患者中40例治疗效果显效、18例有效、4例无效,治疗有效率为93.5%,实施常规西药治疗的常规西药组62例患者中29例患者治疗效果显效、16例有效、17例无效72.6%,通络清脑汤组治疗有效率更高,对比差异显著(P<0.05),通络清脑汤组患者神经功能缺损评分为(9.08±1.35)分、常规西药组神经功能缺损评分为(12.57±2.36)分,通络清脑汤组患者神经功能缺损评分显著更优(P<0.05),通络清脑汤组62例患者中1例发生震颤、1例发生惊厥、1例发生头痛,不良反应发生率为4.8%,常规西药组62例患者中3例发生震颤、3例发生惊厥、2例发生头痛,不良反应发生率为12.9%,通络清脑汤组不良反应发生率显著更低(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死为危重病,发病后易导致神经损伤,继而引发肢体功能障碍,临床治疗中常规西药治疗不良反应较多,且治疗不理想,而本次研究中将自拟方通络清脑汤应用于急性脑梗死患者的治疗中取得较好治疗效果,具体可体现为对比传统西医药物治疗,应用自拟通络清脑汤联合传统西医药物治疗可提高临床治疗有效率,降低患者神经功能缺损评分,减少传统用药后的不良反应,总体而言具有较高临床应用价值,可在急性脑梗死病患的治疗中多加推广利用,以为此类病患提供更安全有效的治疗方案。

Objective Study and analyze your clinical value of self-made Fang Tongluo Qingnao Decoction in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods From June 2017 to February 2019,124 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital were included in the study.All patients have been diagnosed with acute cerebral infarction and are willing to join.Grouping is carried out according to the principle of random grouping,using random numbers for grouping Table,divided into two groups,the traditional western medicine group and the Tongluo Qingnao decoction group,62 patients in the traditional western medicine group were treated with conventional Western medicine treatment,and the 62 patients in the Tongluo Qingnao group were given me on the basis of conventional Western medicine.The hospital self-prepared Fang Tongluo Qingnao Decoction for treatment,comparing the clinical treatment effect,neurological deficit score,and adverse reaction of these two groups of patients.Results Of the 62 patients in the Tongluo Qingnao Decoction group treated with our self-made prescription Tongluo Qingnao Decoction,40 patients had significant therapeutic effect,18 were effective,and 4 were ineffective.The therapeutic effective rate was 93.5%.Of the 62 patients in the conventional western medicine group,29 patients had significant therapeutic effect,16 were effective,and 17 were ineffective 72.6%.The Tongluo Qingnao decoction group had a higher treatment efficiency,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Tongluo Qingnao decoction The neurological deficit score of the patients in the group was(9.08±1.35)points,and the neurological deficit score of the conventional western medicine group was(12.57±2.36)points.Of the 62 patients in the Luoqingnaotang group,1 had tremor,1 had seizures,and 1 had headaches.The incidence of adverse reactions was 4.8%.Of the 62 patients in the conventional Western medicine group,3 had tremor,3 had convulsions,2 One case had a headache and the incidence of adverse reactions was 12.9%.The incidence of adverse reactions in the Tongluo Qingnao Decoction group was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Acute cerebral infarction is a critical illness,and it is easy to cause nerve damage after the onset,which leads to limb dy sfunction.In clinical treatment,conventional Western medicine has many adverse reactions and the treatment is not ideal.In this study,Fang Tongluo Qingnao Decoction It can be used in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction to achieve better treatment results,which can be embodied in comparison with traditional Western medicine treatment.The application of self-made Tongluo Qingnao Decoction combined with traditional Western medicine treatment can improve the efficiency of clinical treatment and reduce neurological deficit Scoring and reducing the adverse reactions after traditional medications are generally of higher clinical application value,and can be widely used in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction to provide safer and more effective treatment options for such patients.
