抑郁症患者应用优质护理干预的效果观察及对服药依从性和护理满意度的影响

Observation of the Effect of Quality Nursing Intervention on Depression Patients and the Influence of Medication Compliance and Nursing Satisfaction

目的探究综合护理干预措施在抑郁症患者治疗中的应用效果。方法将我院2018年1月至2019年1月收治的抑郁症患者中随机抽取的80例为研究对象,按照常规护理及综合护理方式分为对照组和研究组,对比两组患者对服药的依从性和护理的满意度。结果研究组抑郁症患者护理后服药的依从性及护理满意度均高于对照组,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抑郁症患者治疗中综合护理干预的实施能够对患者不良情绪起到一定的缓解作用,帮助患者正确认识服药的重要性,提升患者对护理工作的信任度及满意度,对于良好护患环境的营造有非常重要的作用。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of depressive patients.Methods 80 patients with depression were randomly selected from January 2018 to January 2019 in our hospital.They were divided into control group and research group according to routine nursing and comprehensive nursing methods.Comparisons were made between the two groups in terms of compliance with medication and satisfaction with nursing.Results The compliance and satisfaction of depression patients after nursing in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of depressive patients can alleviate patients’bad mood,help patients correctly understand the importance of taking medicine,enhance patients’trust and satisfaction in nursing work,and play a very important role in building a good environment for nurses and patients.
