优质护理服务对老年矽肺患者满意度及护理效果的影响

Effect of High Quality Nursing Service on Satisfaction and Nursing Effect of Elderly Patients with Silicosis

目的分析在对老年矽肺患者进行护理的过程中应用优质护理服务对于患者护理效果与满意度所取得的效果。方法在2016年11月至2019年11月入院进行治疗的老年矽肺患者中选取70例作为研究对象,采取随机方式将其分为两组进行研究,其中,对照组采用常规护理模式进行干预,研究组采用优质护理模式进行干预,对两组患者的护理效果以及对于护理工作的满意度进行记录与比较。结果研究数据显示,经过护理后,研究组患者的医疗知识掌握效果与生活质量评分高于对照组,同时,在护理满意度方面,研究组的总满意率显著高于对照组,对比数据差异,均P<0.05。结论在临床上对老年矽肺患者进行护理的过程中,通过优质护理服务的开展,有利于实现患者护理效果的优化,对于患者护理满意度的提升具有积极作用,值得进行大力推广与普及。

Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing service onsatisfaction and nursing effect of the elderly patients with silicosis.Methods From November 2016 to November 2019,70 elderly patients with silicosis who were admitted to hospital for treatment were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into two groups.Among them,the control group used the conventional nursing mode,the study group used the high-quality nursing mode,to record and compare the nursing effect and the satisfaction of the two groups.The nursing effect and satisfaction of the two groups were recorded and compared.Results After nursing,the research data shows that the medical knowledge mastering effect and quality of life score of the patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the total satisfaction rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group in terms of nursing satisfaction,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of clinical nursing for the elderly patients with silicosis,through the development of high-quality nursing services,it is conducive to the optimization of patients’nursing effect,which has a positive effect on the improvement of patients’nursing satisfaction,and it is worth vigorously promoting and popularizing.
