健康教育在外科护理工作中的应用价值探讨

目的研讨外科护理工作中实行持续性健康教育的临床效果和重要价值。方法随机择取2018年1月至2019年2月我院外科接收并行手术治疗的126例患者为调研对象,按照临床护理方法的不同将这些患者列入常规护理组、试验护理组,各组63例,常规护理组患者住院治疗期间接受常规的外科护理,试验护理组在常规方法的基础之上开展持续性健康教育干预,调查和对比两组患者健康知识掌握率、临床依从率、住院时间及对护理工作满意率等指标之间的差异性。结果经临床观察,试验护理组外科患者的临床依从率为92.06%(58/63),而住院时间显著短于常规护理组,组间对照差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验护理组外科患者的健康知识掌握率和护理满意率都显著高于常规护理组,组间对照差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于常规外科护理的效果而言,将持续性健康教育引入外科护理工作中的效果更加显著,不仅能够提高外科患者临床依从率和健康知识掌握率,而且有利于加快术后康复进程,缩短住院天数,使外科护理质量和满意率得以有效提高,值得在临床上推广实施。

Objective To study the clinical effect and important value of continuous health education in surgical nursing.Methods Random will pick in January 2018-February 2019,our hospital surgical receive parallel surgical treatment of 126 cases of patients as the research object,according to the different method of clinical nursing to the patients in routine nursing group and experiment group,each group of 63 cases during hospitalization in patients with routine nursing group accepted routine surgical nursing,test group on the basis of conventional method to carry out continuous health education intervention,survey and compared two groups of patients’health knowledge rate,clinical compliance rate,length of hospital stay,and the differences between the indexes of nursing work satisfaction.Results According to the clinical observation,the clinical compliance rate of surgical patients in the experimental nursing group was 92.06%(58/63),while the length of hospital stay was significantly shorter than that in the routine nursing group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of health knowledge and nursing satisfaction of surgical patients in the experimental nursing group were significantly higher than those in the conventional nursing group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclu sion Compared with the conventional surgical nursing effect,will introduce a persistent health education of surgical nursing effect is more significant,not only can improve clinical surgical patients compliance rate and the rate of health knowledge,but also accelerate the postoperative recovery process,shorten the hospitalization days,to effectively improve surgical nursing quality and satisfaction,is worth popularizing in clinic.
