个体化护理对老年高血压患者血压及并发症的效果分析

Effect of Individualized Nursing on Blood Pressure and Complications of Elderly Patients with Hypertension

目的探讨个体化护理对老年高血压患者血压及并发症的临床效果。方法随机选取2017年至2018年到本院接受治疗的老年高血压患者100例,按照住院编号奇偶数进行分组,50例/组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予个体化护理,对比两组患者的各项指标改善情况、并发症发生率和护理满意度。结果观察组的各项指标改善情况优于对照组,且观察组的并发症发生率4%远低于对照组22%,观察组患者的护理满意度96%远高于对照组的72%(P<0.05)。结论个体化护理对老年高血压患者血压及并发症的临床效果明显。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of individualized nursing on blood pressure and complications of elderly hypertensive patients.Methods 100 elderly hypertensive patients who received treatment in our hospital from 2017 to 2018 were randomly selected and divided into 50 cases/group according to the odd and even number of hospitalization numbers.The control group was given routine care while the observation group was given individualized care.The improvement of various indexes,incidence rate of complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The improvement of various indexes in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 4%much lower than that in the control group 22%,and the nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 96%much higher than that in the control group 72%(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing has obvious clinical effect on blood pressure and complications of elderly hypertensive patients.
