快速康复护理在胫腓骨骨折中的应用价值分析

Analysis of the Application Value of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing in the Treatment of Tibiofibular Fracture

目的探索快速康复护理在胫腓骨骨折中的应用价值。方法在2017年3月15日至2018年3月15日期间选择60例胫腓骨骨折患者为试验对象,运用奇偶数分组方式,观察组和对照组分别进行快速康复护理干预、护理干预,各30例。结果观察组旋后(31.28±3.26)°、旋前(28.46±3.55)°、护理后4周Kofoed踝关节评分(86.52±5.69)分、并发症发生率(3.33%)均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对胫腓骨骨折患者实施快速康复护理干预效果显著,可加速患肢功能恢复,降低术后并发症。

Objective To explore the value of rapid rehabilitation nursing in the treatment of tibiofibular fractures.Methods A total of 60 patients with tibiofibular fractures were selected from March 15 th,2017 to March 15 th,2018.The observation group and the control group were used for rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention and nursing intervention.30 cases.Results The observation group had a post-spin(31.28±3.26)°,pro nation(28.46±3.55)°,4 weeks after nursing,Kofoed ankle score(86.52±5.69),and complication rate(3.33%)were superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with tibiofibular fractures has a significant effect,which can accelerate the recovery of limb function and reduce postoperative complications.
