综合康复护理措施在结直肠癌患者围手术期中的应用效果

Application Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing Measures in Perioperative Period of Patients with Colorectal Cancer

目的探究结直肠癌患者手术围术期综合护理干预措施的应用效果。方法将我院2018年4月至2019年4月实施手术治疗的直肠癌患者中随机抽取30例作为研究对象,经等量电脑随机方式分为对照组和研究组,分别实施常规护理及综合康复护理,分组对比护理满意度、各项手术指标、术后并发症发生率、SF-36生活质量评分情况。结果研究组护理满意度高于对照组,各项手术指标优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组且手术后SF-36生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结直肠癌患者围术期综合康复护理的实施能够有效提升护理效果及手术质量,值得进行推广。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in perioperative period for patients with colorectal cancer.Methods Thirty patients with rectal cancer who underwent surgery in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were randomly selected as the research subj ects.They were divided into control group and research group by equal amount of computer randomly.Routine nursing and comprehensive rehabilitation nursing were carried out respectively.The satisfaction of nursing,various surgical indicators,incidence of postoperative complications and SF-36 quality of life score were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the operative indicators were better than that of the control group.The incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,and the SF-36 quality of life score after the operation was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive perioperative rehabilitation nursing for patients with colorectal cancer can effectively improve the effect of nursing and the quality of operation,which is worthy of promotion.
