甲状腺肿瘤手术患者中运用心理护理干预的价值研究

Study on the Value of Psychological Nursing Intervention in Patients with Thyroid Tumor Surgery

目的探讨心理护理干预在甲状腺肿瘤手术患者临床护理中的应用价值。方法采用双盲法将2017年12月至2018年12月在我院行甲状腺肿瘤手术治疗的90例患者分为实验组和对照组,两组治疗方法相同,在常规护理措施的基础上给予实验组患者心理护理干预。结果实验组护理前的HAMA、HAMD评分、SF-36评分与对照组比较,差异均不存在统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后的HAMA、HAMD评分均低于对照组,SF-36评分和护理满意度均高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予甲状腺肿瘤手术患者心理护理干预,能够降低患者的HAMA以及HAMD评分,改善患者心理状态。

Objective To explore the application value of psychological nursing intervention in clinical nursing of patients undergoing thyroid cancer surgery.Methods Ninety patients who underwent thyroidectomy in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were divided into experimental group and control group by double-blind method.The two groups had the same treatment methods.On the basis of routine nursing measures,the experimental group was given psychological nursing intervention.Results There was no significant difference in HAMA,HAMD and SF-36 scores between the experimental group and the control group before nursing(P>0.05).The scores of HAMA and HAMD after nursing were lower than those of the control group,and the scores of SF-36 and nursing satisfaction were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention for patients undergoing thyroid cancer surgery can reduce the HAMA and HAMD scores and improve the psychological status of patients.
