学科综合康复护理对维持性血液透析患者遵医行为及自我效能的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Discipline Rehabilitation Nursing on Compliance Behavior and Self-efficacy in Patients with Maintenance Hemodialysis

目的探讨学科综合康复护理对维持性血液透析患者遵医行为及自我效能的影响。方法将2016年3月至2018年8月我院收治的维持性血液透析患者180例,按随机数表方法分为对照组与观察组,各90例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受学科综合康复护理,对比两组患者护理前后的遵医行为、自我效能。结果护理后,两组正确服药、规律运动、合理饮食、自我监测评分均提高,但观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组自我效能评分均提升,但观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对维持性血液透析患者实施学科综合康复护理,可有效提高患者的遵医行为,提升其自我效能感,建立治疗信心,护理效果理想,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive discipline rehabilitation nursing on compliance behavior and self-efficacy in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods 180 patients with maintenance hemodialysis who admitted in the hospital from February 2016 to September 2018 were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,with 90 cases in each group.Control group was given routine nursing,and observation group was given comprehensive discipline rehabilitation nursing.The compliance behavior and self-efficacy before and after nursing were compared between two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of correct medication,regular exercise,reasonable diet and self-monitoring in two groups increased,but observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05);The scores of self-efficacy in two groups increased after nursing,but observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive discipline rehabilitation nursing for patients with maintenance hemodialysis can increase compliance behavior,enhance self-efficacy,establish treatment confidence and achieve nursing effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
