综合护理干预在妊娠合并心脏病孕妇中的应用

Application of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Pregnant Women with Heart Disease

目的探讨综合护理干预运用于妊娠合并心脏病孕妇的成效。方法挑选2018年6月至2019年6月我院收治的90例妊娠合并心脏病孕妇,利用数字表法将孕妇划分成对照组与观察组,各组45例。给对照组孕妇实施常规护理,向观察组患者提供综合护理干预。对护理效果进行比对。结果就两组孕妇分娩结局进行比对,观察组顺产率、心力衰竭率、新生儿病死率分别为71.11%、0.00%、2.22%,对照组上述各指标比率分别为33.33%、15.56%、24.44%,观察组孕妇的分娩结局远好于对照组孕妇(P<0.05)。针对两组手术指标比较,观察组孕妇产后2 h、24 h出血量都比对照组要少,且住院时长也短于对照组,观察组各手术指标水平相比对照组更优(P<0.05)。结论对于妊娠合并心脏病孕妇,实施综合护理服务,可以有效降低不良妊娠结局风险。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on pregnant women with heart disease during pregnancy.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,90 pregnant women with heart disease during pregnancy were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 45 cases in each group by digital table method.Routine nursing was given to pregnant women in the control group and comprehensive nursing intervention was provided to patients in the observation group.The nursing effects were compared.Results Comparing the delivery outcomes of the two groups of pregnant women,the observation group’s spontaneous delivery rate,heart failure rate and neonatal mortality rate were 71.11%,0.00%and 2.22%respectively,while the control group’s ratios of the above indicators were 33.33%,15.56%and 24.44%,respectively.the delivery outcomes of the observation group were far better than those of the control group(P<0.05).According to the comparison of operation indexes between the two groups,the bleeding amount of pregnant women in the observation group at 2 h and 24 h after delivery is less than that in the control group,and the ho spitalization time is shorter than that in the control group.the operation indexes in the observation group are better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclu sion For pregnant women with heart disease,the implementation of comprehensive nursing services can effectively reduce the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
