延续护理干预在糖尿病患者居家注射胰岛素中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Continuous Nursing Intervention on Insulin Injection at Home in Diabetic Patients

目的探讨延续护理干预在糖尿病患者居家注射胰岛素中的应用效果评价。方法纳入我院2017年11月至2018年1月90例糖尿病患者,随机将患者分组,常规护理干预服务组予普通护理,延续护理干预组予延续护理干预。比较两组满意状况;胰岛素注射的平均时间、遵医使用胰岛素的依从性;护理前后空腹以及餐后2 h的血糖水平、糖尿病健康简表评分;低血糖发生率。结果延续护理干预组满意状况高于常规护理干预服务组,P<0.05;延续护理干预组胰岛素注射的平均时间、遵医使用胰岛素的依从性优于常规护理干预服务组,P<0.05;护理前两组空腹以及餐后2 h的血糖水平、糖尿病健康简表评分相似,P>0.05;护理后延续护理干预组空腹以及餐后2 h的血糖水平、糖尿病健康简表评分优于常规护理干预服务组,P<0.05。延续护理干预组低血糖发生率低于常规护理干预服务组,P<0.05。结论糖尿病者实施延续护理干预效果好,可改善空腹以及餐后2 h的血糖水平、糖尿病健康简表评分,减少低血糖发生率。

Objective To evaluate the effect of continuous nursing intervention on insulin inj ection at home in diabetic patients.Methods 90 patients with diabetes were included in our hospital from November 2017 to January 2018.The patients were randomly divided into routine nursing intervention service group and extended nursing intervention group.The satisfaction of the two groups was compared.Mean time of insulin injection,compliance with doctors’use of insulin;Blood glucose level and diabetes health chart score before and after nursing;Incidence of hypoglycemia.Results The satisfaction of the continuous nursing intervention group was higher than that of the routine nursing intervention service group,P<0.05;The mean time of insulin injection and the compliance of insulin used by doctors in the continuous nursing intervention group were better than tho se in the routine nursing intervention service group(P<0.05).The blood glucose level and diabetes health chart scores of the two groups before and two hours after the meal were similar,P>0.05.The score of fasting blood glucose level and diabetes health chart in the extended nursing intervention group was better than that in the routine nursing intervention service group(P<0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia in the continuous nursing intervention group was lower than that in the routine nursing intervention service group,P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of continuous nursing intervention in patients with diabetes is good,which can improve the blood glucose level on an empty stomach and two hours after a meal,diabetes health chart score,and reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia.
