高频超声联合多普勒超声在皮肤良恶性肿瘤诊断中的应用

Joint of High Frequency Ultrasound Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Benign and Malignant Skin Tumors

目的:讨论高频超声与多普勒超声在皮肤良恶性肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2019年1月~2020年5月在本院采用高频超声及多普勒超声进行检查的40例皮肤肿瘤患者的声像图特征并与病理检查结果进行比较。结果:病理诊断良性肿瘤21例,恶性肿瘤19例。联合诊断中的准确性、特异性以及敏感性均明显高于高频单独诊断,差异显著(P<0.05);与病理检查结果比较无显著差异性(P>0.05)。结论:高频超声联合彩色多普勒超声联合在皮肤良恶性肿瘤术前诊断中的应用价值较高。

Objective: To discuss the high frequency ultrasound and doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant skin tumors. Methods: A retrospective analysis in January 2019-May 2020 in our hospital by high-frequency ultrasound and doppler ultrasonic inspection of the ultrasonographic features of 40 cases of skin cancer patients and compared with pathological findings. Results: The pathological diagnosis of 21 cases of benign tumor, malignant tumor(19 cases), Joint diagnosis accuracy, specificity and sensitivity of were significantly higher than that of high frequency diagnosis separately, the significant difference(P<0.05);Compared with pathological findings showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion: High frequency ultrasound joint joint color doppler flow imaging(cdfi)in benign and malignant skin tumor preoperative diagnosis of higher application value.
