小儿支原体肺炎的药物治疗及其个性化护理对策

Drug Treatment and Individualized Nursing of Mycoplasma Pneumonia in Children

目的:了解小儿支原体肺炎的药物治疗及其个性化护理对策。方法:对我院收治的118例支原体肺炎患儿,随机分为对照组59例患儿以红霉素药物治疗并常规护理方法,治疗组59例患儿在对照组治疗基础上采用盐酸氨溴索治疗以及个性化护理措施。结果:治疗组的各项临床症状得到明显的改善,提高治疗有效率,降低不良反应发生率。优于对照组效果明显(P<0.05)。结论:小儿支原体肺炎的药物治疗及其个性化护理对策,使药物充分发挥疗效,快速缓解患儿临床症状,缩短治疗时,使患儿早日康复。

Objective: To understand the drug treatment and individualized nursing strategy of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods: 118 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and 59 cases were treated with erythromycin. In the treatment group, 59 children were treated with ambroxol hydrochloride and individualized nursing measures. Results: The clinical symptoms of the treatment group were significantly improved, the treatment efficiency was improved, and the incidence of adverse reactions was reduced. It was better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The drug treatment and individualized nursing strategy of Mycoplasma pneumoniae in children can make the drug give full play to the curative effect, relieve the clinical symptoms of children quickly, shorten the treatment time, and make children recover as soon as possible.
