维护社会大局稳定背景下新疆农村警务建设具有重要意义,能有效应对农村治安形势,实现农村治安良性循环,也有利于推动新疆农村公安工作创新,促进农村经济社会发展。当前,新疆农村警务基层警力大幅增长,农村警务制度建设逐步完善,农村警务工作成效初步显现,但在农村警务建设基础工作、农村警务机制创新、民警培训考核与奖惩激励、农村警务信息化建设等方面依然存在不足。有必要夯实农村警务建设基础性工作,应因地制宜,科学规划,构建新型农村警务机制;加强农村警务室民警培训,落实考核与奖惩激励机制,并推动农村警务信息化建设,提高农村警务现代化水平和工作效率。

In the context of maintaining the stability of the overall social situation,Xinjiang’s rural police construction is of great significance.It can effectively cope with the severe public security situation in rural areas and realize a virtuous cycle of rural public security.It is conducive to promoting innovation in rural public security and promoting rural economic and social development.At present,the grassroots police force in Xinjiang’s rural police has grown significantly,the construction of the rural police system has gradually improved,and the effectiveness of rural police work has initially shown.There are still deficiencies in the construction of policing informationization.It is necessary to consolidate the basic work of rural police construction,to adapt to local conditions and scientific planning to build a new rural police mechanism,to strengthen the training of rural police officers,to implement assessment and reward and punishment incentives,and to improve the modernization level and work efficiency with the informationization.
