摘要
立足警察行使公权力过程中的实际问题,分析构建警察廉政风险防控机制的必要性,分别从基本原则、事前预防、事中监督、事后严惩四个方面提出建设性思考,并提出干预案件报告制度、警察履职保障制度和建立警察廉政风险防控大数据平台等相应的配套措施,以期建立警察廉政风险防控的长效机制。
Based on the practical issues of police exercising public power,this article analyzes the necessity of constructing police corruption risk prevention and control mechanism,reflects constructively on some basic principles,pre-event prevention,supervision during the event,and severe punishment after the event,and puts forward corresponding measures,like case reporting intervention mechanism,duty-performance support mechanism and establishing a big data prevention and control platform of police corruption risks,so as to establish a long-term mechanism for the prevention and control of police corruption risks.
