当前警民关系存在的问题及其化解之道——基于儒家思想视角分析

Problems in the Current Police-People Relationship and Their Solutions——Based on the Perspective of Confucianism

文化是构建和谐警民关系的重要因素。面对当前国内警民关系存在的主要问题,深入挖掘儒家思想在构建和谐警民关系中的价值与意义。分析儒家思想的基本精神对和谐警民关系构建的价值引领作用,探索构建和谐警民关系的新型警民互动模式,为丰富、深化和谐警民关系理论研究,实现传统儒学在构建和谐警民关系中的创造性转化提供文化层面的实践路径:运用儒家的仁义、中庸、忠恕之道引导公安民警规范执法;以儒家"仁""智""勇"理念塑造公安民警良好形象;秉承儒家"以民为本"理念构建良好警民互动关系新模式。

Culture is an important factor in building harmonious relations between police and the public.Facing the main problems existing in China’s police-people relationship,the value and significance of the traditional Confucianism in constructing the harmonious relationship between the police and the people are deeply explored.From the Confucianism perspective,this paper analyses the guidance of basic Confucian spirit in building a harmonious police-people relationship,explores a new type of police-people interactive mode in the building of the harmonious relationship,in order to enrich,deepen the theoretical research in harmonious police-people relationship,innovatively apply the traditional Confucianism in the construction of a harmonious relationship,provide a practical path at the cultural level.This practical path is made up of standardizing police’s law enforcement activities with the use of Confucian righteousness,the doctrine of the mean,loyalty and forgiveness,building a good image of the police with the application of Confucian concepts of"benevolence","wisdom"and"courage",adhering to the"people-oriented"concept of Confucianism to build a new model of police-people.
