One Belt and One Road Regional Value Chain Construction and Industrial Transformation and Upgrading in China

"一带一路"倡议的提出能够在一定程度上提高中国的国际经济地位,为中国经济结构的优化奠定基础,中国作为世界贸易大国,将迎来产业结构转型升级的重要机遇。文章通过构建计量分析模型,利用九分法和RCA指数分析法及固定效应模型对贸易相关数据进行分解,深入探讨"一带一路"倡议对中国产业转型升级的作用。研究结果表明:"一带一路"区域价值链对中国国内价值链有着显著的促进作用。通过RVC和NVC产业价值链的无缝对接,能够有效延长"一带一路"区域价值链在国内的分工。提升国内价值链的发展水平能够使"一带一路"区域价值链进一步作用于国内产业结构,促进产业结构的转型升级。国有经济比重对中国国内价值链有着显著的促进作用,在政府强有力的宏观调控下,"一带一路"区域价值链构建能够提高整体的资源配置效率,获得更高的投入产出效率,提高国内价值链水平,带动国内产业结构的转型升级。

The proposal of"One Belt and One Road"initiative can improve China’s international economic status to a certain extent and lay a foundation for the optimization of China’s economic structure.As a world trade power,China will usher in an important opportunity of industrial structure transformation and upgrading.Through econometric analysis model was constructed,using nine points and RCA index analysis and fixed effect model of trade related data decomposition,explore area along the strategy of China’s industrial transformation and upgrading,the results show that the"One Belt and One Road"regional value chain in China’s domestic value chain has a significant role in promoting.Through seamless docking of RVC and NVC industry value chain,the division of labor of"One Belt and One Road"regional value chain in China can be effectively extended.The promotion of the development level of domestic value chain can make the"One Belt and One Road"regional value chain further act on the domestic industrial structure and promote the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure.The proportion of state-owned economy plays a significant role in promoting China’s domestic value chain.Under the strong macro-control of the government,the construction of"One Belt and One Road"regional value chain can improve the overall resource allocation efficiency,obtain higher input-output efficiency,improve the level of domestic value chain and drive the transformation and upgrading of domestic industrial structure.
