文化视角下民族文化旅游发展影响研究

在文化视角下,民族文化旅游发展对少数民族具有重要的影响,可以从文化资本、文化传承及保护、社会观念、民族文化政策及制度等四个维度来详细解析这些影响。文化资本维度侧重分析民族文化资本对少数民族的经济效应;文化传承及保护维度侧重分析少数民族文化的彰显、保护与传承作用;社会观念维度侧重分析少数民族融入现代社会或现代市场经济的过程、条件因素;民族文化政策及制度维度侧重分析国家的文化政策引导与调节作用,文化制度的规范作用。针对民族文化旅游发展的一些偏差,需要构建合理的利益共享机制,规范民族文化旅游开发,构建学习型社会,改进民族政策及制度的执行效率,以期促进民族文化旅游健康、持续发展。

From a cultural perspective,the development of ethnic cultural tourism has an important impact on ethnic minorities.These effects can be analyzed in detail from four dimensions:cultural capital,cultural inheritance and protection,social concepts,ethnic cultural policies and systems.The cultural capital dimension focuses on the analysis of the economic effects of ethnic cultural capital on ethnic minorities;the cultural inheritance and protection dimension focuses on the manifestation,protection and inheritance of ethnic minority cultures;the social concept dimension focuses on the process of integration of ethnic minorities into modern society or modern market economy,Conditional factors;the national cultural policy and institutional dimensions focus on analyzing the guiding and regulating role of the country’s cultural policy and the standardizing role of the cultural system.In view of some deviations in the development of ethnic cultural tourism,it is necessary to build a reasonable benefitsharing mechanism,standardize the development of ethnic cultural tourism,build a learning society,and improve the implementation efficiency of ethnic policies and systems,with a view to promoting the healthy and sustainable development of ethnic cultural tourism.
