Intrathecal drug delivery systems for the treatment of intractable cancer pain:a literature review

鞘内药物输注系统(intrathecal drug delivery systems,IDDS)是治疗难治性癌痛的有效方法,但在临床应用上仍有一些争议,而在国内应用较多的部分内置系统尚缺乏应用总结和规范。本文就国内外IDDS在癌痛治疗领域中的应用现况及相关问题,包括适应证和IDD装置选择、药物应用、围术期管理等进行系统综述。

Intrathecal drug delivery systems(IDDS)is an efficient procedure for patients with refractory cancer pain.However,there are still some controversies in clinical application.The implantable intrathecal port widely used in China is still lack of summary and specification.The authors review the literatures about the use of IDDS in the management of cancer-related pain,which includes the selection of device,drug application,perioperative management and so on.
