摘要 160 km/h动力集中动车组动力车是我国自主研发的新型客运牵引机车,能够与配套研发的拖车组成动力集中动车组,提升普速线路客运品质。文章从动力车的关键技术特点及技术参数、牵引性能计算、总体设备布置、电气系统、机械系统等方面,详细介绍了动力车的总体设计思路。根据线路运行试验数据,验证了动力车功率发挥、牵引制动特性、制动性能、运行安全性、运行平稳性等方面的总体设计方案是合理的。 The 160 km/h powered centralized EMUs powered vehicle is a new type of passenger traction locomotive independently developed in China. It can form a power concentrated EMUs with the supporting trailers to improve the quality of passenger transportation on ordinary speed lines. This paper introduced the general design idea of the power car in detail from the key technical characteristics and technical parameters, traction performance calculation, general equipment layout, electrical system, mechanical system, etc. According to the line operation test data, it was verified that the overall design scheme of power car power development, traction braking characteristics, braking performance, operation safety, operation stability and other aspects was reasonable.
