摘要
气瓶水压试验绝大多数都是依托柱塞泵达到20MPa以上的试验压力,这也是由柱塞泵能够满足压力需要的特性决定的.柱塞泵属于一种往复泵,在工作过程中必然会产生压力波动,这将导致水压试验停泵时的保压压力并不会等于水压试验的设定值.尤其是水压试验之前试验装置的校验,必须满足校验压力与标准瓶标定压力相等.本文研究了应用高压共轨减小水压试验装置的压力波动,使校验压力尽量接近于水压试验设定值的可行性.
Most of the gas cylinder water pressure tests rely on plunger pumps to achieve test pressures above 20 MPa,which is also determined by the characteristics of plunger pumps that can meet the pressure needs.The plunger pump is a kind of reciprocating pump,which will inevitably produce pressure fluctuations during the working process.This will cause the holding pressure when the pump is stopped in the hydraulic test and will not be equal to the set value of the hydraulic test.In particular,the calibration of the test device before the hydrostatic test must meet the holding calibration pressure equal to the calibration pressure of the standard bottle.This paper studies the feasibility of using a high-pressure common rail to reduce the pressure fluctuation of the hydraulic test device,and to make the check pressure as close as possible to the set value of the hydraulic test.
